I am one of the many people who get headaches. Mine got worse and worse, until eventually I had headaches more days than not. I got tired of always having to say, "I have a headache!" so I decided to keep it to myself most of the time, which made me feel like a big lier when people would say "How're you doing," and I'd force a smile and say, "I'm good."
Headaches robbed me of my normally upbeat, positive outlook on life. They made me feel like everything I did was ten times harder than it should have been. They dimmed the light I had inside. They caused me to drop the ball on numerous occasions where I ordinarily would have been completely on my game. Headaches were making me feel like crap! And life's too short for that.
